Shipping and Payment Information
Shipping Included in Our Prices
For your convenience, shipping is included in the cost of your Earthstone Studio
product, with delivery to your home or to another designated location within
the continental USA*.
* We can also quote prices, including shipping costs, to Alaska, Hawaii,
Canada or other international locations.
Packaging and Shipping Method
Products are shipped in heavy-duty cardboard boxes or sturdy wooden crates, depending on the
size and weight of the item.
All Earthstone Studio products are shipped by FedEx to your door or driveway. Home delivery,
as defined by the trucking industry, means "curbside delivery" in a residential area. For
heavier items, we can also arrange for pickup at the FedEx terminal or arrange shipment
to a contractor or to another designated location.
Smaller items - those weighing less than 150 pounds - are usually delivered by the FedEx
driver to your door or garage. For heavier items, some FedEx drivers will provide assistance
in moving items from the curbside to a garage. You may also need assistance moving heavier
items indoors or to another location. In some cases, you may also find it easier to unpack
the carton or crate at the curb or driveway and move pieces separately.
Order Processing and Deliveries
In-stock items are typically shipped within three (3) business days.
Due to the handcrafted, artistic nature of our products and the wide variety
of sizes, colors and styles that we offer, many items will not be in stock
at the time of your order. Special orders - including all custom orders or
orders of out-of-stock items - require sufficient time for design, production,
inspections, shipping and delivery. We take great care to ensure that each
of our products is a truly unique, inspiring work of art that is guaranteed
to satisfy your passion for style and excellence. To maintain our high quality
standards and ensure your complete satisfaction, please allow 90-120 days for
delivery of these items.
Tracking Your Shipment
We will send you an email confirming that the shipment is en-route to your home or designated
location. We will also provide a FedEx tracking number so that you can keep track of the
status of the shipment.
Receiving Goods - Inspecting for Damages
All Earthstone Studio products are cleaned and inspected for damages before re-packing
for shipment to our customers. We take great care to ensure that your products are
securely packed with sufficient padding to prevent damage in shipment. We use a highly
reliable carrier (FedEx) for all of our shipments but in rare cases, some damage may
occur during shipment. Before signing for the shipment, please inspect the carton or
crate carefully for any possible signs of damage.
If you notice any signs of damage to the carton, crate or the contents, you should
do one of the following:
1. Make note of the damage on the FedEx bill of lading, refuse the shipment,
and contact us immediately.
2. Accept delivery but make note of any possible damage on the bill of lading.
In this case, you will have 24 hours to inspect the contents and to contact us by
telephone, fax or email if you find damage.
We fully guarantee safe and secure delivery of your products. We will replace
any damaged items or refund your money.
Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for all
payments. A 30% deposit is due at the time of purchase with the balance due
at the time of shipment from our warehouse.
Since for security reasons we do not retain your credit card number on file,
we will contact you by email or phone to arrange for final payment when your
order is ready to be shipped.
Order Cancellations
(1) In-stock items
In-stock items are typically shipped within three business days. To avoid charges, orders
of in-stock items must be cancelled by the customer prior to shipment from our warehouse.
Customers will be liable for all shipping costs for any orders of in-stock items that
are cancelled after the items have been shipped from our warehouse.
(2) Special Orders
Special orders, including custom orders and orders for out-of-stock items, may be
cancelled within five business days. Special orders that are cancelled after five
business days will result in a forfeiture of the customer's 30% deposit.
Refunds
We are fully committed to satisfying your passion for unique style, quality and excellence
and we are totally dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. We fully guarantee that
our products will be made to your specifications from the highest quality natural stone materials.
In the unlikely event of mistakes or defects in materials or workmanship, we will fully
refund your money or re-make the item - your choice.
